What you get.

Everything you need to close the notebook and stop running a spreadsheet on the side.

Add transactions fast

One form for buys, sells, trades, and deals that mix cards and cash. Add notes and who you traded with.

Simple inventory

Just card name, type, grade, and cert. No photos. No card lookup. Quick to type at a show.

Costs follow the trade

When you trade, the cost of your old cards carries into the new ones. Cash you put in adds to it; cash you got back lowers it.

Batches

Group your show pickups, lots, or sealed cases. Each card still tracks its own cost — batches just help you find them again.

Real numbers

See what your inventory cost you, what you've made on sales, and every entry you've ever saved.

Export anytime

Pull inventory, transactions, or profit reports into a spreadsheet whenever you need them.

Your costs
follow the cards.

Most ledger tools fall apart the moment you trade. Near Minted keeps the math right — even through trades, cash on top, and bulk pickups — so you always know what each card actually cost you.

Step 1Purchase

You pay $250 for two cards

The $250 splits across the two cards based on what each is worth. They land in your inventory at $100 and $150 cost.

Step 2Trade

You trade one of them, plus $50, for a slab

Cost of the card you gave up ($100) plus the $50 cash = $150 cost on the new slab. The trade is on the record.

Step 3Sale

You sell the slab for $300

Your profit = $300 − $150 cost = $150. The card is marked sold. Reports update on their own.
